Ivan Linscott

Hypernet Advisor / Sr Research Scientist at Stanford University

Dr. Ivan Linscott is currently a senior researcher at Stanford, and is known for his prolific scientific and technical publications in electrical engineering and computer science. He formerly worked for NASA as the investigator for the New Horizons mission to pluto, and more importantly for Hypernet, he is one of the researchers of the SETI project. This experience gives him one of the most robust (and longest) careers in the field, and his intimate knowledge of the sticking points of distributed computation will help Hypernet continue to innovate and develop a world-class product.
